Ecwon Terms and Conditions — Full User Guide

1. Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ecwon platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• A legally competent individual authorized to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on any gaming exclusion list issued by any relevant authority.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• Only own one active account only on the ecwon platform at any one time.

Ecwon reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Documents typically required include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a valid passport, or other accepted documents. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the specified period may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2. Account Security & User Responsibilities

Every ecwon member is fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account. This includes any losses arising from negligence in safeguarding login credentials. Key obligations to observe:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ecwon account — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an extra layer of protection.
• Contact the ecwon support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

Ecwon uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. However, the security of login credentials remains the user's sole responsibility.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the ecwon platform are subject to the following policy:

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods. ecwon accepts deposits via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits are processed instantly. ecwon does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own fees beyond ecwon's control.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 working hours for verified accounts. Players must ensure that the account holder name on their bank account matches the name registered with ecwon. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. ecwon reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of its compliance measures.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Ecwon fully complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Players found using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities, and their accounts will be immediately closed with all balances frozen pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Ecwon offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to our members. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before withdrawals can be made. Detailed conditions for each promotion will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page.

• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Each player is eligible to claim only one welcome bonus, regardless of the number of accounts (if multiple accounts are detected, all bonuses will be voided).
• Ecwon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through dishonest means, system abuse, or fraud will be voided in full.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to separately specified wagering requirements.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

Ecwon is committed to providing a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ecwon platform:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Collectively sharing strategy information to exploit the casino system (collusion).
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Manipulating game outcomes through technical methods or any other unauthorised means.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent designated geographic restrictions.

Ecwon employs an automated fraud detection system that continuously monitors gaming activity. Any behavior suspected of violating fair play rules will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including account closure and voiding of any wins obtained through illegitimate means.

6. Account Closure & Suspension

Ecwon reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any player for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal misconduct.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Account closure requested by the player themselves.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, ecwon reserves the right to hold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the account is closed at the player's own request and no violation has occurred, any remaining balance after all conditions are met will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Ecwon provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, although we make every effort to ensure the highest possible platform availability. ecwon is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Losses resulting from failure of the user's device or browser.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Game outcomes that have been completed and officially verified by the system.

8. Responsible Gaming

Ecwon cares about the well-being of every player. Continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ecwon platform. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties before any legal action is taken.
